Today I had the most traumatic experience with this doctor . I was blamed for entering his cabin when the nurse clearly told me to enter the cabin. There was no patient in the room . The previous patient had gone for a scan so they sent me in . The doctor is like he’s still seeing the patient . I clearly mentioned to him that the nurse instructed me to enter the cabin . ** *** ***** *** **** **** *** ************ * ****** ****** ****** **** ** *** ******* ** *********** ***** * ******** , he mentioned that people like me comment on google and give reviews and he doesn’t have the platform to give it back . I was being blamed for no reason ! Then he started raising his voice , I even mentioned that I’m feeling anxious and he should lower his tone, he called the nurse and started yelling at everyone . I just bursted out into tears and stepped out ** ** **** ******* and directly went to the counter and asked for the manager . The manager and his team did listen to me and empathised but still no action was taken . So my dad got involved and spoke to the management . While he finally apologised. Here’s some feedback for you Dr Shenoy , you are a healthcare professional .. ****** ** **** **** ****** ****** * ***** ** ******* **** *********** * You cannot show dominance over people . *** *** ** ****** ** ****** ******* **** ***** ****** **** ******* * ****** ***** ***** ***** ******* ***** ****** .. **** ***** ******** * ***** **** ** ****** **** ******* ******** *** ** *

I am typing my experience here with Dr. Sapna in detail.

I went to Doctor Sapna for a sphincterctomy surgery which I think she did fine. Although she could have mentioned the mm of my sphincter muscles in the report* * **** *** ****** *** **** ***** ******* *** *** ** *** ***** ******* * **** ** ***** ********** ** *****. I did think she was very sweet patient and attentive.

However, a few weeks post surgery I kept following up with her because I had discharge from my anal region but she said I was a “VIP patient” and over sensitive and that it would settle. The discharge did not settle and 3 months had passed.

Turned out it was a FISTULA! I do not accuse her for the surgery *** *** *** * ** ***** ** *** *** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ** ** ** * **** *** * ******* ** ******* ** ** * ******* * ******** **** ******** **** ****

*** ** **** ****************** ** ********** soft spoken, polite and listens to patient and explains about disease and treatment, along with regular treatment advises home remedies and how to prevent issues further. Earlier treated my brother for Gallbladder stone removal and my mother for diabetes related irritable bowl syndrome.

We were waiting for so long to see him, and he was extremely rude. He wouldn't listen to us explain our problems. Kept interrupting us. **** ******* ********* **** *** ***** ****** **** * ******* ************. He wouldn't clarify our doubts or explain his treatment methodology

He is so good . He treated so well . He explained so well . He gave well products to us . And his behaviour is also good

He understands the problem very well..also identified the issues even before we could explain..and he was accurate...

Very friendly and decent behaviour. Treatment suggestions were amazing. Hospital is kept clean. Other staff members were quite friendly and helpful.
